Did anyone see the game between the Mets and Cardinals that lasted for 20 innings? I was working on Saturday night and was quite surprised to turn on the tv and find a 4 o’clock game on at 10pm. I had a couple of friends that watched the whole thing. Phew!

It would have been better if it wasn’t tied 0-0 forever,geez. What’s the deal with that,LOL. I barely watched it as my team wasn’t playing (Go Red Socks),LOL,but it was still pretty amazing haveing a game that started at 4 and end at close to or after 11. I wonder how many guys that went got into serious trouble with the wives back home coming home that late,LOL.
Here’s how that Saturday went for me: Watched my son’s doubleheader (they swept), saw the first few innings of the Mets-Cards on Fox, went to my in-laws to watch the Reds-Pirates game, got back home and turned on the TV to find that the Mets-Cards game was STILL ON! I watched the rest of the game and went to bed. I almost got my fill of baseball that day (almost.)
